The hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers may be configured with a variety of non-delayed or time-delayed trip characteristics. Heinemann hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers carry 100% rated current even at elevated temperatures and will trip instantaneously upon short-circuit. The breaker overload-trips according to a time-delay versus overload current trip curve. High in-rush configurations are also available for protecting loads like distribution transformers and power supplies.
